These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Saeng Love ("we", "us", "our", the "Service"), an AI-powered K-drama-style romantic video generation platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in via Google OAuth. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. You're the sole owner of, and responsible for, all activity on your account.

3. Credits & payments

• New users receive 3 free credits on signup. Additional credits are sold in packs (Starter, Studio, Director) via Razorpay.
• Credits are consumed per generation: 8-second scene = 1 credit, 12s = 2, 24s story-mode = 4.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to generate content that is:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic;
• Depicting real, identifiable individuals without consent;
• Hateful, harassing, or promoting violence;
• Illegal under applicable law;
• An imitation of copyrighted characters, actors, or specific K-drama titles.

Prompts violating these rules will be declined by the underlying model (Sora 2) or removed if publicly shared.

5. Content ownership

You retain the rights to the prompts you write. Generated videos are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes; commercial use is subject to OpenAI's Sora 2 usage policies.

6. Sharing

By making a generated video public via the Explore feed, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Service. You may make any scene private again at any time.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is." Generation times, availability, and results depend on third-party providers (OpenAI Sora 2) that we do not control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity, without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
